Healing the planet through Pranic Healing, Arhatic Yoga and meditation, we are committed to making our world a more loving and healthy place.
We are Dr. Kenneth and Connie Williams, Senior Pranic Healing Instructors with 20 plus years of experience teaching MCKS Pranic Healing Courses. We offer Level 1, Advanced Pranic Healing, Pranic Psychotherapy and Achieving Oneness With The Higher Soul courses. Please see our schedule for upcoming Pranic Healing Courses in Tennessee and West Virginia. We also offer in-person and remote Pranic Healing sessions by appointment.

Blue Unicorn Mountain Retreat is our meditation center located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Hillsville, VA.  We offer yoga and meditation classes, personal workshops, as well as personal and group healing sessions at this location.

Healing

Personal healing can happen at many levels. In addition to the healing of the physical body, we must address the emotional, mental, spiritual, and etheric aspects of ourselves.

Meditation

Meditation improves mental health by reducing stress, enhancing emotional regulation, and increasing self-awareness. It lowers cortisol levels, promotes a sense of calm, and strengthens the brain’s ability to manage anxiety and depression. Over time, it fosters clarity, resilience, and a more positive mindset.
